22" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance

Product Code: S600-22

Product Description
Series 600 spiral tube balance with double pins for a tilt window. The tube has a 22" length and its diameter will actually measure 9/16" but it is considered 5/8" in the trade. Spiral window balances come fully lubricated and ready to be charged.
Color Tip Sash Weight Range
Red 6 to 19 lb
Blue 10 to 29 lb
Black 30 to 40 lb
*This information is based on 2 balances per sash. Balances are designed assuming friction in the jamb weather-strip will carry a portion of the sash weight. Suggested sash weights are approximate.
Good Idea!
Balances are sold individually, however, it is a good idea to replace both window balances at the same time. Pairing a new balance with an old one would cause the new balance to wear out faster.
Helpful Tip!
You should choose the color tip that matches the color tip of the balances you are replacing. If you do not see the tip color available in 'options' or you are unsure of which color to choose: ask our experts for help.
