Screen hanger kit includes 2 hangers and 2 ball head nails. The actual width of the hanger is 7/16 inch, good for 3/8 inch wide screens. Available in the colors white or bronze.

You can try printing out the product page and bringing it into your local mom & pop hardware store. They may have it in stock or be able to order it in for you. It is unlikely that the big box hardware stores will have the 70-056 screen hanger kit.
