Can I use my old crank handle?

The window crank I have now is the one pictured below the roto crank marked "it replaces this one". Will my crank handle I have now work on the new roto crank. I would rather use my old crank handle for matching puposes.

Your old crank handle should fit the new style of this ROTO casement window crank operator. Take a look at the image in this post for a closer look at the hex gear. Take a look at the 39-224 folding crank handle if you would like to purchase a new crank handle to fit this operator.
