Trying to find tilt corner for 30 year old storm windows

This is attached to the top of an aluminum storm window. It allows the bottom of the window to pivot and slide down a channel to a spot where it can be removed from the channel or track. Replace broken metal cllps to storm window on storm door with one i brought from your company. Need to replace plastic unknown items pictured above. this piece is located in the upper right and left corners of the removal storm window. Appears to be plastic or nylon. piece is held in place with a Phillips self threading counter sunk Metal screw at each corner. Purpose is to hold the top of the window in place when raised and lowered. Also help ... (cont.)
