Glass retainer clip used with plexiglass

I am placing plexiglass into wooden frames that are approx 36 inches by 48 inches and I may be able to use the Retainers because I want to remove the glass in the summer and install it back in the winter

Yes, the 32-314 retainer clips will work with plexiglass but I would use at least 1/8" thick plexiglass or thicker to prevent the glass from cracking and blowing out with the wind.
