Help getting the door off of the track

how do i get the door off the track, i can;t lift the door high enough.

If it is the roller wheel that is preventing you from lifting the door out of the track, you can adjust the roller so that the wheel lowers into its housing. Take a look at this instructional guide on replacing patio glass door rollers.
