How do I remove the old 84-091. I can get the riveted or screwed portion of the roller low enough below the screen door to access the screw or rivet. The roller will only drop down so far.

There is a die cast corner that holds the screen door together, take a look at 95-020. On the left of the wheel there is a hole in the metal housing that clips on the end of the corner. To remove old wheel, first loosen the adjustment screw to lessen the tension on the wheel, second pull the wheel out from the frame and work the clip off the wheel from the corner. I suggest using pliers in doing this, it can be hard on the fingers. After removing the old wheel, take the new wheel and slide the long tension spring in first and clip the new wheel onto the corner. Place your door on the track, first sliding the top of the door inside the U-channel and placing the bottom of the door on top of the bottom track. Now adjust the wheels of the door so it slides smoothly.
