How is the compression foam seal installed in the door?

The 58-056 swinging door foam seal just pushes into the wood stop. Take note that the wood stop or metal door stop must have a groove cut out in it to accept the 58-056. Actually, it should be a simple matter of pulling out your old weather stripping and installing the new weather stripping.
