Is there any method to identify the window manufacturer?

It is tough to figure out the manufacturer of a window. Sometimes if the window is not too old you can find small stickers on the frame of the window with the model and manufacturer. Look at the hardware, such as the lock and lift handles, sometimes the manufacturer has their name engraved on the hardware.
