I looked on your website to see about ordering new pivot shoes. The only problem I have is how do you get the old ones out and the new ones back into the window. Your help is greatly appreciated.

To remove and replace pivot lock shoes: For the lower inner sash there should be a cut out at the top of master-frame, it may be behind the sash stop, if not cut to slide the pivot lock shoe out/in. For upper exterior sash there should be a cut out at bottom of master frame, it may be behind the sash stop, if not cut to slide the pivot lock shoe out/in.
