Installation help with the Keller Top Latch

I have two windows outfitted with a Keller Top Latch. I see that I can get the exact part from your website. My question is on the installation. I am fairly good at home projects. So, is the replacement of the latch something a normal homeowner can do? It looks to me that by loosening a few screws the latch will come out and can be replaced. I wanted to know if it was in the scope of my abilities before I placed an order. Thanks. Walt

Yes, It's as easy as that. Warning: hold the corner of the window together as you loosen the screws remove and reinstall the new latches with the same screws, these screws also hold the window sash together.
