No, we do not have any nails for sale. We actually use a flat head screw #8 x 1/2" length self tapping screw. You also can reuse the screws from the old window sash lift handle you are replacing.

Take a look at the 33-080 screw, it can be used for the 26-116 window sash lift handle installation.
