Need actual outside dimension

A home owner from Beaver, PA says:

To whom it may concern: Would it be possible to have the actual outside dimensions of the latch to determine if it will fit in my application. The two dimensions given happen to be the same as the my existing latch

The overall outside dimension of the 38-013 casement window replacement lock is 3" x 2-9/16", take a look at the included picture. Let me know if you need any further measurements.
