First lower the bottom rollers using the side adjustment screws. After the screen door is lowered, carefully use a tool such as a flat putty knife to help lift the door off of the bottom track. Place the tool under the bottom rollers to help the wheels get over the track. Do not be rough because you do not want to damage the rollers or the screen door. Also, have someone hold the screen door while you try to remove it from the track so that the screen door does not pop out and fall on you.
