This replacement roller is for sliding glass patio doors and features a metal housing with two steel concave ball-bearing wheels with 1-1/2" diameters. This tandem roller assembly can be used to replace your old sliding glass door rollers to help improve the ease of opening and closing the door. The typical patio glass door uses two roller assemblies, one on each bottom corner of the sliding door. We recommend replacing both sliding door rollers at the same time to prevent extra wear-and-tear to one new roller, which will have to work twice as hard when paired with an old roller.
