Remington replacement window crank operator

A landlord from Rochester N.Y. 14606 says:

All specs seem to be exact except the arm extension. Original arm measures 2 7/16" rather than 2 1/4 ". Will this be a problem?
Also, the original window crank seems to be made of heavy steel. Is yours comparable and what would be the shipping charge for 1 or possibly 2 to Rochester N.Y. 14606.

I believe it will work. The size is close. Also there is some travel in the operator gearing to make up any difference.
The gearing is steel and the housing is die-cast.
