I have a broken Rite-Track ll socket. what would it take to replace it to a regular Rite track if I can't find a rite track 2 socket? Thanks John

I do not believe it would a simple task to replace the entire Kenlin Rite-Trak II system with the Rite-Trak system. You can try contacting a local furniture repair shop to see if they can help repair your drawers, otherwise you should try contacting Kenlin directly.

How do I tell if my bedroom furniture uses the Rite-Trak or the Rite-Trak II system? It is the Grand Inheritance Bedroom set purchased in 2003 from Rhodes Furniture(out of business now). The dresser item number is 474060. I need to replace the Kenlin case runner, socket, and the corner tack glides. Will the heavy duty socket work on either Rite-Trak or Rite-Trak II? Or maybe I should ask if all four of these replacement parts (case runner, socket, heavy duty socket, and tack glide) will fit either the RT or RT II systems? If not, I need to know how to tell which system I have. Thanks.

You need to match up your sockets to the product picture of the
32-081 regular duty Kenlin Rite-Trak socket. The
32-082 heavy duty Kenlin Rite-Trak socket is the same exact socket as the 32-081 but with a protective metal guard. Take a look at this
discussion that includes a picture of the Rite-Trak II socket. The Kenlin Rite-Trak II socket is not available for resale and you must contact Kenlin directly for a replacement. You may also have luck with a local furniture repair shop to fix or replace your Kenlin Rite-Trak II system.

I just replace these mating parts on two of my drawers the 32-081 and 32-076. I had the old "not available Track II. The 32-076 replaced fine, however, I had to put a backing piece (slightly larger than the mounting face) between the drawer and the 32-081 which was approximately 5/16" to 3/8" thick and drilled to fit the screw patern. Without this backing piece or cutting the track off it will not work. I do not suggest cutting the track off since deformation can occur and the system is ruined. I agree with earlier posts that this is not a well designed system and will not buy furniture in the future utilizing this company's products.
