This replacement roller is for sliding glass patio doors and features a metal housing with two metal wheels. This replacement tandem roller assembly can be used to replace your old sliding glass patio door rollers to help improve the ease of opening and closing the door. The typical glass patio door uses two roller assemblies, one on each bottom corner of the sliding door. We recommend replacing both sliding door rollers at the same time to prevent extra wear-and-tear to one new roller, which will have to work twice as hard when paired with an old roller.
