This replacement roller can be used to replace your old sliding glass patio door rollers to help improve the ease of opening and closing the door. This tandem roller features a metal housing with 1-1/4" diameter steel concave ball-bearing wheels. The typical patio gliding glass door uses two roller assemblies, one on each bottom corner of the sliding door. We recommend replacing both sliding door rollers at the same time to prevent extra wear-and-tear to one new roller, which will have to work twice as hard when paired with an old roller. Used on doors manufactured by Weathershield, Andersen, Malta and others. See 81-149 for the stainless steel version of the roller.
