The 39-031 EntryGard replacement crank operator does not include an operator cover or crank handle. The accessories are sold separately because the cover and crank handle can be reused from the old crank operator that is being replaced. If you need a new cover take a look at the 39-107 operator cover. If you need a new crank handle take a look at the 39-205 folding crank handle.
