How is this product as well as 003, &007 fastened and used on the sliding screen door?

The 86-002 and 86-003 are bottom patio screen door guides. Both guides are used by Crossly Manufacturing. The guides are made to be held on the patio screen door by the assembly screw at the corner of the door that holds the screen door together. The 86-007 is a top patio screen door guide. The top guide is made to go into the top channel of the patio screen. Basically the top guide is held in the channel by pressure.
