What is the difference between the pair 39-155 & 39-156 and the pair of 39-031 & 39-032?

They are very similar, the difference is the size of the short arm. 39-156/155, listed as Caradco, (sometimes arm is stamped 20755) the short arm measures 3-13/16". 39-031/032, listed as Entryguard, the short arm measures 4-1/2".
