Channel balance replacement

A quick learner from Fort Worth, Texas says:
Hi, I have 3 windows that need new channel balances. One window has balances stamped db102 2730, one window has balances stamped db102 2740 and the last window has balances stamped db102 2750. Can you help me order replacement parts please.

We should be able to help, but you're only showing us the bottom nylon attachment. Could you also show us the top? Also, is there a way we can see an undamaged version of the bottom nylon attachment? Yours appears to have a bit of it broken off, and it may be an important detail.
A quick learner from Fort Worth, Texas says:
I don't see anything broken off except for the pulley system inside the channel.

Thank you. Assuming the bottom shoe doesn't have wings and the top attachment does, I would recommend our Series 395 channel balance. Check it out and see what you think.
A quick learner from Fort Worth , Texas says:
Thanks, I've ordered the three different 395 series for my 3 windows. Any suggestions on how to get the windows out of the frame? Two of the three windows have the channels broken and I can't get the channels to unlatch at the top clip.

I'm not sure what you mean. Usually popping out the takeout clip should be enough. You can see more details in the video below.
