Do you carry replacement levers (or equal) and spindle for this lock set?

We do carry replacement handles in satin chrome, such as the 40-184, or even the complete 40-183 handle set. They are not as fancy as the handle in your photo, and I'm not sure if they are interchangeable with your existing handle set, but they are the first thing to come to mind. We do carry a compete handle set similar to yours, but it's in brass. See our 40-211. To get the same handle as what you have now, you might need to contact the original manufacturer of the door.
