2 kinds:

1. Marking 32 4 JR CALDWELL, measures 33 inches (images 4096 - 4097)
2. Marking 27 1 JR CALDWELL, measures 28 inches (images 0884 - 0886)

This could be either our Series 380 or Series 385 channel balance, depending on the bottom shoe. You'll need to measure yours to confirm the better match.
A home owner from La Habra says:
Thank you, that narrows it down.
How do you determine which weight I should get?
Do you have an exact match based on the photo that was sent?

Does 32 4 JR mean I should get the 3240 part?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
A stamp of 32 4 usually means you want a 3240 option, yes, but you can always weigh your sash on a scale to confirm.

Thank you Tom! You have been very helpful!
I have placed an order for the 385 series - 3240 & 2740

A home owner from La Habra says:
I have purchased both the 380 & 385 series but both do not close completely. I am having problem closing the windows with both series. It gets stuck at the very end around an inch and it won't move at all. Can you tell what is wrong?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Hmmm... I'm not sure what the issue could be. That usually happens when the balance channel isn't long enough, but according to your order history you got the right sizes. I would line the old balance up with the new balance and carefully go over them. How do they differ? Is there any glaring design change that sticks out?
