1/2 inch Channel Balances

A home owner from Colorado Springs, CO says:
Hi, I have 1/2 inch Wide Channel Balances but don't see a part on your website that looks exactly like mine...top and shoe don't appear to match. Can I send a photo or physical sample to see if you have what I need? Thanks, Ryan

Donna from SWISCO responded:
We would be happy to research this balance for you, please send us detailed photos by attaching them to a reply post.
A quick learner says:
OK,
I'll send pics tonight. In the meantime the specs stamped into the balances are "2440 bsi" or "24c bsi" and they are approx 25 inches in length.

Paul Sr. from SWISCO responded:
We carry 2440 bsi, all we need to know are the type of nylon fittings attached to your balance.
A quick learner says:
OK, here are photos of top and shoe, I hope you can make them out ok.

Donna from SWISCO responded:
It almost looks like Series 700, did the attachments come off and possibly reattached for the photo incorrectly?
A quick learner says:
Nope, they were never taken off. The one on the right is partially broken. Whould it be easier to mail a couple to you?

Donna from SWISCO responded:
I believe we may have found the needed fittings for you. We will post again as soon as they are available.
A quick learner says:
Great! Standing by.

The new fittings are SWISCO product codes 15-193 and 19-038.

Fill out this custom balance order form to get started.
A quick learner from Colorado Springs says:
Hi, I know it's been a while, can I still order SWISCO product codes 15-193 and 19-038?

You certainly can! The custom order form still works. You can just click it to fill it out, and one of our representatives will get back to you with a price quote.
A quick learner says:
Ok, let me see if I can get that.
Thanks,
Ryan
