I ordered 2. The ones I got are 13/16"

Anyway - What I need is the 18-015 in 5/8". Can you give me the right part number so I can order.

I'm not sure I understand. The 18-015 is 5/8", not 13/16". I just measured myself. Could you show me a few pictures of your original top sash guide side-by-side with the ones you purchased from us?
