1997 era replacement windows

A professional from Goldsboro, NC says:
Homeowner believes her windows were replaced around 1997. She does not know the brand/manufacturer. There are no markings or labels visible. The pictures are of the broken locking tilt keeper. Part number appears to be 530CSB. The post in the sash has a broken pin on one side per picture. The blue cam in keeper has a slot on both sides for pins. I have not been able to locate a blue cam with those slots.
User submitted photo of their window hardware.

The pivot bar looks like our 26-396 while the new style pivot shoe resembles our 15-219. Please review and let me know if my suggestions are correct.
