Hello again! Please see our S390-22 channel balance. As for the stamp option, yours is a little peculiar. I recommend weighing your sash on a scale and referring to the chart we have on the S390-22 store page.

The sash weighs 32 lbs. I'm inclined to order the 2150 version since it's closest to the weight range. Don't know if it matters, but the window opens fine, it's just takes a lot of force to close it. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks

Hmm... if the sash is 32 pounds, I don't think 2150 will be enough. Odds are your sash will droop once raised. We could actually make a custom balance for you with a 2165 option. Two balances with this option can carry 30 through 34 pounds, which should be perfect for your sash weight. There isn't really any difference on your end when it comes to custom balances, we just email you a special part that you can add to your cart.
