21" series 600 Spiral tilt window balance.

I'm not sure what your question is. Are you asking if our Series 600 is a match? It may be, though it would depend on the diameter of your outer tube. If your outer tube is 5/8" or 9/16", then our Series 600 would be a great choice.
A handy person from sewell NJ says:
the diameter is perfect. they are already in the window. having said that, the window is the top window and it keeps falling 2' even with the new balance installed. is there something else I need to do?

It sounds like maybe the balances haven't been charged enough. When installing them, you usually want to wind the spiral 2-3 times so that it can gain tension. You don't want to wind it much more than that.
