26E Series 770 balance

A contractor from New Jersey says:

I am trying to replace a balance from a silverline window. it is similar to the S770, is 26 inches long, but is marked with 26E and 8SI embossed on the channel. Your web page only shows A, B, C and D available. Is an E available or will a D work as a replacement?

We can custom make a balance with the 26E stamp, but before we do I'd like you to confirm the weight of your sash. Two balances with the 26E option can carry a window sash weight of 26 through 30 pounds.
