27" channel balance with knife lock shoe

Aloha, I am replacing the channel balances on wood sashes for a client. It is 27". It appears that the 750 is the ticket. But the pieces I have from the window have the knife lock on the end. The picture for this shows the channel balance shoe. Can I order them with the knife lock. Also do I need to order short and long s clips. I am doing 3 windows and replacing all balances. Could you be looking for our Series 751 balance instead? This is a ribbed tilt window channel balance like our Series 750 but comes with a knife lock shoe. See what you think.
