29-3/8" Long Tie Bar Replacement Option

A contractor from Virginia Beach says:
The tie bar interlock roller total length is 29 3/8" it is only a 2 cone roller stating at the top going down the first cone is measured at 3 3/4" continuing down the next cone measures 22 1/8" then the grove for the lock arm is under the last roller both tie bars are located on the left side of the casement inside looking out.

Hello! This tie bar is giving us trouble. We think it may not be from Truth, which might explain it. Do you know who made the window itself? If not, are there any markings that might indicate it? Check for a metallic "AAMA" sticker on the inside frame, which may have a manufacturer code on it. Take a photo if you can.
A contractor from Va. Beach, Va. says:
As far as i know the windows MFG. is certianteed i will go to the windows and see if there is a aama sticker and get back to you .
