I'm afraid we have not received your pictures. You can upload them directly to this thread. Make sure that they are not too big; our system cannot handle extra large picture files, and that is one of the most common reasons for why they might not upload.

Thanks for contacting us. For the latches, see our 91-001P latch set, along with our 91-003M spring. As for the top tilt key, we do not currently have a replacement but we found something that may work. Please give us a little time as we have it made up for you, and I'll let you know when it becomes available.
