The top sash guards have dried up from the sum and broke allowing the balance to go northward. Looks like the top sash guard is your part 8-064. Width at base is 5/8 in. need help with balance.

Thanks for your patience, Dennis. There are two possible replacement options, and it all depends on the size of your bottom shoe. See our S380-20, which comes with the 19-005 top and 15-005 shoe, and our S385-20, which comes with the 19-005 top but 15-004 shoe. The only difference between these two, as you can see, is the shoe, and the only difference between those shoes is the size. You will have to measure yours to confirm the better match.
