33 4 EQ Caldwell

A home owner from San Juan Capistrano, CA says:
Hello - We are hoping to identify a replacement window balance for the one we have. The string appears to be broken. I think it's been here since the house was built in 1998. It has the code 33 4 EQ Caldwell printed on it, but no engraved part number that I can see. The metal part measures 34". Can you help us figure out which ones would be an adequate replacement? Pictures are attached. Thanks so much,
Sasha

Hello, Sasha. Please see our S385-24, I believe this could work for you as a replacement balance.
A home owner from San Juan Capistrano says:
Thank you, but that only measures 24", and our current balance is 34" long. Can you point me in the direction of the 34" model?

Ah, I'm sorry, that was a typo. I meant to recommend the S385-34. Sorry about that!
