34" Series 600 Spiral Balance

I am in the process of trying to order a pair of 34" Series 600 Spiral Balances to use with 2 15-015 - Pivot Shoes 17/32 inch Thick- what is the measurement of the 2 pins on the rod that extends from the tube itself? I have read that there are 2 different sizes-

The two dimensions of the metal tube diameter, 3/8" and 5/8". The two pins dimensions, 7/16", are standard in the industry for tilt windows.
