36" Front Door Bottom Seal

A home owner from Minnesota says:

It has 2 screws on either end, I removed the screws but was unable to get the seal out. I didn't force it to hard in fear I would reck something. Wasn't sure if this was the seal or if a seal fits into this.

I would suggest something like our 58-176 "U" type door bottom. You could possibly even use our 58-198 and just cut off the two locking tabs, then screw it on like the one you show in your photo.
