380 vs. 385

What's the difference between a 380 and a385 channel balance. I can't tell from the pictures.

They are very similar, however the 15-004 (used in the Series 385) measures a little deeper than the 15-005 (used in the Series 380). Take a look at this photo comparison to view the measurements:
