39-096 Pella Window Gear

Good Afternoon:

Are there any more dimensional specifications for this model? It appears that I have a casement window that was not manufactured by Pella but incorporates a Pella gear mechanism that has failed. I'd like to be positive about the match before ordering.

That is odd! Pella hardware can't often be used for non-Pella windows. I'd be happy to help you, just tell me what dimensions you need, specifically. It may also help if you take a few pictures of your set-up. That would give us a better idea of what you have and what can work.

Looks like your operator is missing its arm, which is a very important component when it comes to identifying this kind of part. I'd say it's either our 39-096 or 39-176. Do you have the arm handy, or is it gone?
