39-097 and 39-175 difference

A quick learner from Boonsboro says:
What's the difference between product code 39-097 and 39-175 that warrants doubling the price? Unfortunately I think I require product 39-175, but the only difference I see is the dimension of the piece that screws to the window. Am I missing something?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
The major difference between the 39-097 and 39-175 is their arms. As you can see, they have two different style arms that work on two specific types of Pella casement windows. Unfortunately, they are not interchangeable.
