39-311 pivot shoe replacement

A quick learner from sunny california says:
So I have a cracked pivot shoe. The piece i have is identical to what you have. How do I install it to the operator arm so I can slide it back on the track?

You would have to drill out or grind off your existing shoe. Then, use a hammer and a hard surface (like an "anvil") to flatten out the rivet. A center punch could help in the installation, as well.
