58-014--Do we pull the string out?

A contractor from Wake Forest, NC says:
Hi! I wanted to know, are we supposed to pull out or leave in the bottom string on the 58-014? Pulling it out makes it more "fuzzy" and less stiff, but I didn't know that it could be done until one of our workers (who knows sewing and works with fringe that you can pull the bottom string out) mentioned it.

We were already done with the installation and demobilized before I found out that option. So please let me know if one or the other is the best practice.

Thanks!

Sure! Once the 58-014 is installed, you should pull off the bottom string to release the wool pile.
