5/8" top sash guide

A quick learner from Surprise, Az says:
Window is sloppy in frame. Window is having a problem engaging both channel balances. Could these sash guides be worn out? Using a S - 385-33 3260 will need 4 guides and 4 channel Balance

We may be able to help, but we will need more information. Specifically, I'd like to see this top sash guide from a front view. I'd also like to know its specific dimensions. In the meantime, you can see our entire selection of top sash guides here
A handy person from Fresno,Ca says:
Here is face view of sash guide. Dimensions are 13/4 H. X 5/8 W. X 5/8 D. From top of slant to center of hole 5/8. Hope this will help. Bruce

Thanks! When I first saw your top sash guide, our 87-160 sliding window roller came to mind, but now that I see this picture I don't think it will work for you. I would suggest our 18-008 top sash guide, which has similar dimensions and multiple attachment holes. Could you get this to work?
