81-141 bearings shot after 6 years

A home owner from Canada says:
I purchased 2 new rollers (81-141) 6 years ago and noticed last fall and this year that the sliding door was getting harder to close. I took the door off this past weekend and all the bearings are shot. I would think they would last longer than 6 years. This is a wood/metal clad Loewen sliding door that is triple glazed. Suggestions?

Paul from SWISCO responded:
If your door is triple glazed then it's probably quite heavy. I'm not sure if any roller would last longer that 6 years under that kind of pressure. It also depends on how often the door is used. How long did your original rollers that came with the door last?
