81-256 third dimple function

A handy person from Oregon says:
I'm hoping I've found a close replacement for my part, but my original doesn't have the third dimple located nearest the offset mounting tab, near the top.
Is it added to provide more positional stabilization, or does it have another function? I'm going to check my part again to crosscheck two other measurements I missed,and compare them to the ones on your webpage.
If you're response is that the 3rd dimple has no other use, I'm likely interested in an order.

Yes, the dimples are there to stabilize the roller housing in the track. They extend the width to about 13/16". If you want, you can send us a photo of your operator along with dimensions so that we can help you identify the correct part.
