Acorn DorWal rollers

A home owner from Atlanta, GA says:

I have the Acorn DorWAL series_400 Door and am trying to replace the rollers. I have removed the door and cannot get the wheels out due to the metal "clips" that hold them in place. Is there a trick to getting these removed, or can I get a replacement for the entire bottom section of the door which holds them?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
What you need to do is to spread the rail so you cant get past the metal clip. In the meantime, take a look at our 81-005. This roller was used by Acorn and it has those same metal clips. This could be the part you need for your door.
