Yes, I believe that's all you need to do. The black nut and wheels ride along a little slot in the housing.

As you can see in the photo, turning the nut clockwise rolls it up the ramp bringing the rollers up with it. By moving the rollers up, the door goes down. Counter-clockwise should lift the door up. It works best if you lift the door slightly.
