Adjusting the 84-070

I pulled out old roller assembly and installed new one without any promlem. Now as I try to adjust. One of the rollers doesn't move when I turn adjusting screen?

Try lifting the door up. That should take weight off the roller when you adjust it. See if that solves the problem. You might want to also remove roller and try to adjust it while it's out.
