Alenco single hung balances

A contractor from Chandler, Arizona says:
I have Alenco alum. windows and need to replace a pair of block & Tackle balances. The channel is 31" long and the following is stamped on the back of the channel;30DS 38. Can you help me idenify the top and bottom pieces?

Thanks for posting, John! It looks like you have a 15-001 bottom shoe, and a 19-005 top. Please take a look at these two parts and compare them to your own attachments and see if you think these are right.

If so, take a look at the S395-31 with the option of 3040.
